This Isometric Cabin on the Lake is a project I took on to gain further experience with Blender as software. After this project, I do feel quite comfortable utilizing Blender.
Isometric Cabin on the Lake Final Render
At this point I also started adding color to give myself a better idea of how the finished product would look
Colored in the sides of the landscape as well as the mountain/waterfall
Fleshed the shed/outhouse to look like an actual building and not a block of clay
I repositioned the oars because they were clipped with the landscape. I also thought it looked more natural across the boat
Added a boat model with oars
Draw over of things I would like to add in the future
Added plane with a translucent texture

I felt that the house looked too simple in the scene and too blocky on the left side, so I opted to extend the roof outwards and add support beams and some windows reminiscent of basement windows.
Isometric cabin block in with updated Cabin
I took this photo to see where everything was going to be placed in the scene and to see if it needed changes in the placement
Isometric cabin concept sketch, during this stage I initially wanted to make the cabin look like it had been left unattended for years by having chips and cracks along the deck and house itself
This sketch was from before this project became Isometric. I initially thought of making it a parallax scene but decided against it.
